BigKid Dance is a small queer movement community based in Philadelphia. We create collaborative, thought-provoking dance works rooted in our queer stories. Our goal is to keep imagination alive while healing our inner child through our work. To nurture a safe, healthy, honest and loving environment for artists to thrive. BigKid is grounded, compassionate, vibrant and vulnerable. Tender, loving, determined and wise. We hope to connect more to ourselves and to a greater community through our work and artistic practice.

To create mindful, thoughtful, queer dance works & to connect, share and grow with our community.
WE STRIVE TO CREATE A SAFE, HEALING SPACE FOR ARTISTS TO FLOURISH, REKINDLING A LOVE FOR DANCE, MOVEMENT AND STORYTELLING.
